1. What we collect. When you call, text or submit the request form: name, phone number, email (if given), city, description, photos you upload, date and time of contact, call duration and status, voicemail audio and transcription, text message content, and the page you submitted from. Automatically: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring page, through server logs.
2. How we use it. To forward your request to the one independent contractor assigned to your area, to notify that contractor, to send you one informational text if your call is missed, to keep a record of requests, to prevent abuse, and to measure which pages lead to requests.
3. Who receives it. At your direction, your request, phone number, city, description and photos are sent to the one independent contractor assigned to the area you selected. That contractor is a separate business with its own privacy practices and may use your information only to respond to your request. We use service providers that process data on our behalf: telephony and messaging (Twilio), hosting, photo storage and internal notifications. We do not sell personal information to data brokers, do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and do not send your request to more than one contractor without asking you first.
4. Third parties and cross-site tracking. We do not allow third parties to collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use the Site.
5. Mobile information and text messaging. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The contractor receives your phone number as part of your service request, not for text marketing. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; reply HELP for help.
6. Calls and voicemail. Connected calls are not recorded. If you leave a voicemail, it is stored and may be transcribed so the contractor can call you back.
7. Retention. Request records, voicemail and transcriptions are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Photos on the same schedule. Server logs 90 days.
8. Your choices. Email tririm@gmail.com to see, correct or delete your information; we will respond within 45 days and forward deletion requests to the contractor. We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Security. HTTPS in transit; access limited to the operator and the contractor handling your request. No method is perfectly secure.
10. Changes. We will post updates here with a new effective date. For material changes we will post a notice on the Site for 30 days.
